CL Survey provided professional surveying services for four capital improvement projects within the service area of the Terrace Water Company, a mutual water district serving the City of Colton. The water company supplies drinking water to approximately 2,400 residents and operates a local distribution system in coordination with the City.

Initial surveying services on this project included the establishment of a horizontal and vertical geodetic control network. Field crews retraced existing roadway centerlines and rights-of-way, using found monuments within the project boundaries. Detailed topographic surveys were conducted to capture existing site features and surface improvements within the public right-of-way, including utilities, street elements, drainage infrastructure, and landscaping. Cross-sectional elevation data was collected at 25-foot intervals across the full width of the streets to support design and engineering needs.
