CL Survey has provided critical surveying services for several major infrastructure projects in the City of Temecula. On the Cherry Avenue Extension & Murrieta Creek Crossing, CL Survey supported preliminary design by establishing a site-wide control network, performing aerial and ground topographic surveys, completing right-of-way mapping, and preserving existing centerline monuments. The firm also delivered construction staking and monument preservation for roadway and freeway improvements, including the I-15 French Valley Parkway, Phase 2, Winchester Road and Margarita Road Pavement Rehabilitation projects, and the Meadowview–Paloma Del Sol Pavement Rehabilitation Program. For the I-15 SMART Freeway Improvements, CL Survey supported California’s first SMART freeway pilot with construction staking and monument preservation services.
